This site is all about boating, my absolute favorite thing to do in the world! If I could write about boating and be on a boat always, I’d be in paradise! However, the real world intrudes. I am a licensed real estate agent in Oregon, this is how I make my living and support my family. Within the industry there is an organization of agents with above average training and they will refer clients (free to the client) to other agents (generally this happens when you’re buying or selling outside your agents area). So…if you or someone you know (yeah, it’s the pitch) is going to be buying or selling real estate in the near future and don’t already have an agent to help you, I’d love to be the referring agent.

In your email to me include your name and contact information, if you’re buying or selling, if you’re selling what’s the property address, if you’re buying give me an idea of what and where you’re looking for, time frame to buy/sell and the best time of day to contact you.

I’ll contact an agent in your area; I belong to a world wide referral association. I’ll give them the information you give to me They will contact you for an interview. It’ll be a no obligation meeting. If you are ready to sell and just want to list with that agent let me know that too. IF you hire them, meaning you buy and/or sell property through them, they have to pay me for that referral. While this has nothing to do with boating it is a fairly painless way to help support this site. Web hosting, programs and such are not free. Please consider it.
